Our client are a leading Facilities Management organisation and are highly regarded for delivering Facilities Services within health care and hospital type environments.

Having recently reviewed one of their most prestigious health care facilities management contracts in the West Midlands, they now wish to support their operational and technical teams with the addition of a compliance manager who will help ensure that they deliver world class facilities services whilst continuing to meet their statutory compliance obligations.

The compliance manger will utilise available technology and data to monitor and report compliance levels across the contract on deliverable such as High and Low Voltage works, Water Treatment, Gas and many other deliverables. Working closely with the quality manager you will help ensure that there are robust compliance and quality systems in place. As part of their drive for improving contract performance and compliance, they are paying particular attention to the quality of data and information that is available to the senior management team. Part of your role will be to ensure that the CAFM system is fully utilised to its full potential within your role and also has correct and up to date information regarding the state of physical assets. In addition you will promote the compliance agenda with operational teams and will on occasion provide compliance advice to our clients client when requested. You will also work closely with the health and safety teams ensuring best practice is adopted and that there are no gaps documentation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, I.T literate and will have expert knowledge of statutory compliance, ideally with knowledge of HTM's. Additionally you will need good communication skills and will be able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.

The role comes with a Salary up to £40,000 plus a generous car allowance and benefits package.
