Our client, a world leading Facilities Management organisation are seeking a Customer Service Manager with a background in helpdesk or contract support within Facilities Maintenance.
Working on a large prestigious site in London, on a hard services maintenance contract, the Customer Service Manager will be the first point of contact for the client on-site where your excellent people skills will be used to generate an amazing relationship with clients. You will also be the go to person for any complaints and issues, able to defuse potential challenging situations when they arise!
You will also have additional responsibilities shadowing the Account Director, covering for him when he isn't there and you will manage a small helpdesk team.
You will also support the account director with tracking the performance of the contract and generating reports utilising the CAFM system. Additionally, you will provide support with managing the contracts profit and loss and debt.
Skills summary
Customer services orientated, people management experience, CAFM knowledge, previous experience working on a maintenance contract, helpdesk experience, profit and loss experience.
