Our Client are a leading FM provider who have entered 2019 with a record order book. With a professional, almost boutique approach to FM they have built an impressive list of clients who enjoy their flexibility, honesty and superb delivery.
HexagonFM has now been given instructions to find a FM Account Director to lead a TFM account on a large contract across the Midlands.
You will successfully balance operational, commercial and strategic elements of the Account ensuring the contract is commercially sound whilst maintaining delivery.
You will focus on building a healthy working relationship with the client making negotiations less protracted.
Using your highly developed leadership skills, you will empower your team and their teams to deliver the pinnacle in FM service delivery, compliance, maintenance and project services.
The successful candidate will balance the need for commercial and strategic prowess
Our client has specified they require TFM experience and a solid Hard Services background.
The role comes with a salary up to £75,000, car allowance, bonus and a flexible benefits package.
